If you haven't tried Scott's BBQ Sauce there is still hope! Beware: lots of red pepper!

We have in fact stopped marinating the chicken in Scott's because it gets too spicy for certain members of the family.

Wrap ribs in aluminum foil with a few tablespoons of this vinegar based sauce to help tenderize the meat. Leave wrapped for @ 2hrs at 275. Remove the foil and put back on the grill to burn off the grease/ fat. Mix the sauce half and half with a 'ketchup' based BBQ for basting for flava!
You'll slap yo mamma, guaranteed!
